Vocational Evaluation

In this four-week program in a real working environment, we assess work and daily living skills, aptitudes, interests and weaknesses.

Work Adjustment Training

Bayaud Industries trives to improve self-confidence by teaching the meaning, value and demands of work. We develop or modify attitudes, behaviors and basic skills that enable people to be successfully employed.

General Office Skills Training (GOST)

We provide assessment and training that teaches general office computer skills, including the entire Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills through Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing.> Click here for details

Job Placement

We help participants through each step of the job search process. This program includes resumé writing, filling out applications, calling for appointments, interviewing skills, and one-on-one placement help with jobs in the community.

Job Coaching

We provide critical on-the-job support for an appropriate length of time after getting a job, as deemed by the individual and his/her vocational rehabilitation counselor.

Mayor's Office of Employment and
Development (MOED) Contract

We provide vocational services to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) recipients.

Channel 9 (KUSA) Contract

Bayaud Industries records master copies of all local news broadcasts of KUSA 9 News in Denver. Bayaud receives requests from the general public to purchase copies of a given newscast, then makes a duplicate copy for the customer.

NISH/Ability One

Bayaud Industries provides evaluative, work adjustment, supported employment and placement opportunities in a number of Federal Government Employment sites in metro Denver and Colorado Springs.
